I am super thrilled with the hotel's cleanliness. the staff had smiles and were helpful, which i really appreciated. the beach access was sandy. It was so easy to relax there! our room was close to everything. I loved the location.
the local alcoholic drinks were a bit limited! though this was a very minor thing

The aqua park provided super fun for both adults and children. delicious food was available throughout my stay. i found the staff in the restaurants very helpful. They delivered everything i asked for quickly.
my only issue was that the animation team could have been more active during the day. i felt the evening show did not match the high standard of the rest of the resort.

ahmed eid at reception was so kind and helpful, i felt immediately welcome. the hotel is big with a beautiful reef. I loved snorkeling and seeing the colorful fish. the room service kept everything sparkling clean!
the only tiny issue i encountered was the slightly limited variety in food, though everything tasted great.

the resort benefits from a wonderful location with a beach, where you do not need special shoes; the sand is very pleasant. a small reef is at the end of the beach; it allows guests to snorkel and see beautiful fish. the heated pools make swimming enjoyable.

The reception staff was very helpful and polite. michael, the reception manager, personally helped me when needed. all the staff throughout the hotel were helpful, did their jobs well, and worked selflessly! everything was great here. I enjoyed all the support i received.
the hotel is large, and there are many people. it was noisy and not relaxing all the time though

I really enjoyed the numerous pools. Each offered a different vibe, including the kids water park and a quieter pool. the staff were helpful, addressing any questions or concerns i had. i also appreciated the extensive range of facilities, such as the aqua park and tennis courts.
the size of the resort meant a lot of walking, which could be tiring at times.
